Employment Opportunities
A
Word From the Managing Member
The process of finding a
good job or, for that matter, a good
employee, is not an easy one. Neither
the employee nor the employer wants to
make a mistake; mistakes are expensive
and not enjoyable for either party.
In an effort to make the
process as risk-free as possible, let me
suggest that you ask many questions.
Everyone at Big Buck Brewery &
Steakhouse has been encouraged to be
open and honest, to have a candid
dialogue with potential candidates. The
employment interview is not a time for
either party to oversell. Frankly, Big
Buck Brewery & Steakhouse is not a
perfect place to work. We have problems
and challenges. Someone considering
employment here should understand the
commitment, effort, intelligence, and
just plain hard work that will be
required to be successful at Big Buck
Brewery & Steakhouse.
If you desire an
atmosphere devoid of stress and tension,
and where being "average" will allow you
to keep your job, then you have a better
opportunity elsewhere.
On the other hand, if you
thrive in an environment where you will
be challenged and tested, then we may
have a good fit. If you want to be part
of a talented team, are willing to do
more than your share, where being less
than excellent is unacceptable to you,
then you can help take Big Buck Brewery
& Steakhouse to a new level. Not only do
we want you, we need you. Ours, like all
organizations, is the summation of the
talents and energy of its participants.
The Big Buck Brewery & Steakhouse Team
wants that sum to represent the best
there is.
So if you are excited by
the challenge we represent, then we
would love to speak with you. We invite
you to interview with us.
Sincerely,
Joel R. Flowers, Chief
Operating Officer
Big Buck Brewery &
Steakhouse, Inc.
